At The Wishbox Gifts, we take immense pride in the quality and curation of our snack hampers. Since our products include food items and personalized elements, we have established the following policy to ensure a fair and transparent experience for all our customers.
Cancellations
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placement for a full refund. Please contact us at wishbox247@gmail.com as soon as possible.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, we are unable to accept cancellations.
Returns & Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of snacks (chips, chocolates, and millet treats), we do not accept general returns or exchanges if you change your mind. However, we will provide a replacement or refund in the following cases:
Damaged on Arrival: If the hamper or its contents arrive damaged.
Incorrect Items: If you received an item different from what you ordered.
Expired Products: In the unlikely event that a product is past its “Best Before” date upon delivery.
Note: To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide clear photos or an unboxing video of the damaged/incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery.
Refund Process
Once your request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.
Timeline: Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds or replacements in the following scenarios:
Incorrect Address: If the delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Failed Delivery Attempts: If the recipient is unavailable to receive the package after multiple attempts by the courier.
Taste Preference: We cannot offer refunds based on personal taste preferences for specific snacks.
